ShopC currently serves customers across Tamil Nadu through local vendors. Delivery availability depends on your pincode and the serving vendor’s delivery radius.
Delivery time
Most local orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes of confirmation. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary by vendor, distance, weather and demand.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the vendor and your location. Any free-delivery threshold will be shown on the cart page.
Order tracking
Track your order any time from the Track Order page or your account dashboard.
Failed or delayed delivery
