- How do I track my order? Use Track Order or open My Orders in your account.
- Can I cancel an order? Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from your account dashboard.
ShopC Coins
- How do coins work? Earn coins on every eligible purchase and redeem them for discounts at checkout or in the Coin Hub.
- How much can I redeem? You can redeem coins up to the limit shown at checkout on each order.
Payments & Refunds
- What payments are accepted? UPI, debit/credit cards and popular wallets via a secure gateway.
