1. About ShopC
ShopC is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent local vendors. By using ShopC you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices, offers and availability are set by vendors and may change. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout.
5. ShopC Coins
Coins are a loyalty benefit with no cash value, earned and redeemed as per the rules shown in the Coin Hub and at checkout. Coins on cancelled or returned orders are reversed. We may modify the coin programme with notice.
6. Vendors
Vendors are independent sellers responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfilment and applicable compliance. ShopC facilitates the marketplace and charges a commission per the vendor agreement.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Limitation of liability
ShopC is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ShopC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
