- Tier-2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations: 7-10 business days
- North East India: 10-15 business days
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 – ₹99 (varies by location)
- Heavy/bulky items: Additional charges may apply
Order Processing
- Order placed: Confirmation email sent
- Vendor confirmation: Within 24 hours
- Packing: 1-2 business days
- Shipped: Tracking number provided
- Delivered: As per timeframe above

Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable logistics companies including DHL, FedEx, and other trusted courier services.
Special Cases
- Holidays/Festivals: Delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days
- Weather conditions: Delays possible in extreme weather
- Remote areas: May take additional time
What if my package is lost?
Contact us at support@shopc.online with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Please provide accurate shipping details
- Failed delivery due to wrong address = re-shipping charges apply
- 3 delivery attempts before order returned to sender
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for most locations
- Payment in cash to delivery partner
- COD available for orders up to ₹5,000
