2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• One account per person/business

3. Shopping & Orders

• All prices in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Orders subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to cancel orders

4. Shop Coins

• Coins earned at 2% of order subtotal
• Credited after 7-day return window
• 1 Coin = ₹1 value
• Non-transferable and non-refundable to cash
• ShopC reserves the right to adjust coin rates

5. Referral Program

• Multi-level (up to 3 tiers)
• Self-referrals prohibited
• Fraudulent referrals will be forfeited
• ShopC reserves the right to modify rewards

6. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must pay applicable tier fees
• All products subject to admin approval
• Vendors responsible for product quality
• Commission: 10% (varies by category)
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit or illegal products
• Manipulating referral system
• Multiple accounts for coin abuse
• Any fraudulent activity

8. Liability

ShopC acts as a marketplace facilitator. Vendors are responsible for their products.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to [Your City] jurisdiction.
