Nattu Kambu Kurunai (Naattu Kambu broken) is traditionally grown native pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) that has been cracked or coarsely ground into small granules. This kambu kurunai is minimally processed and is a traditional South Indian staple, known as kambu in Tamil and bajra in Hindi.

How to use
